We prefer it. At these prices we do not have an office staff to take phone orders. We are about sign production and quick delivery. Our ordering process is quite simple safe and secure. You save us time we save you money.

• Can I place an order over the phone?

• What is your payment policy?
ALL orders must be paid in full before any work or designing begins. A design proof will be sent for approval before being sent to production. We will gladly make any changes you wish to the design and will work with you till your are happy with your design. This policy was initiated to ensure we are not wasting time and money doing design work for those that do not follow through with an order and we can focus our attention on customers who have actually placed an order,

• What is your turnaround time?
In most cases it is 1-2 business days after art is approved. We will expidite for a nominal price.do offer upgraded shipping if you need your order quicker.

• Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time by calling 1-918-583-8187 but you will be charded a return credit fee of $20.00. If canceled after a proof has been created or sent an additional design fee of $35.00 will be added If the order is in production it will be to late but you may still recover shipping cost.

• How long does it take to ship my order?
We ship UPS. You can view UPS shiping map tofind time in transit. UPS will send tracking number and scheduled delivery date on day of shippment

• Can I use my own artwork?
Yes, notify us you have artwork from our contact page and we will provide email address to send it to. We need files save as .EPS, .AI, or .PDF, Please contact our sales/customer service representatives if you have any questions.

• Are there any extra charges for artwork?
Usually not. Our basic design fees are included in the price of the signs. Extra charges may occur if we need to recreate a logo from scratch or you do not provide us with a file with high enough resolution.

• Why do directional or arrow signs cost more?
There is an added cost for double sided directional/arrows signs. Becausethe arrows must point left on one side and right on the other there must be two designs created then two film negatives, two screens burned then two set-ups and clean-up. Twice the labor.

• If I select one of your templates, can I change the wording?
Yes you may. Our templates may be used as is using your information or may be tweaked as needed to suit your circumstances.

• Can I see a proof before your print my order?
All orders must be approved by customer before production begins. After your order is placed you will receive a proof by noon the next business day. We will revise the design untill you are happy with it. Only then does it go to production.

• Can I add my company logo to the signs?
Yes adding your logo is fine. If you can provide us a file in a format compatible with our CAD Sign Design Software there will be no extra charge. If however we need to recreate the logo there will be added charges. See "Can I use my own artwork?" above to send logo or to email questions.

• What is a flute direction?
The flutes are the corrugation/channels that run through the sign. If you orderi/use thel Wire H Stakes, be sure to order signs with "Vertical Flutes". This will ensure that your H Stakes will fit into the bottom of the signs and go into the flutes. If you are using your signs to place them on wooden stakes, trees or poles, then be sure to select Horizontal Flutes. Be aware that if you select Horizontal Flutes, you will not be able to use the H Stakes with your signs, but the Horizontal Flutes will strengthen your signs and keep them from wrapping around the trees or poles on windy days.

• My order was printed wrong, what can I do?
If you receive your order with incorrect information or typos, please contact us. If it is our fault, we will replace the order immediately. If we find it is not our fault, we are not responsible and can not replace them at no cost. Just make sure you do due diigence before approving the proof we send. Once proof is approved that relives us of any fault or burden legaly
• Can I return my order?
Because of the personalized (custom) information printed on the signs we can not resell them thus there can be no refunds or returns.
